How to order?

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All products are for pre-order unless stated otherwise. Orders might take 1-2 weeks to manufacture.
Shipping takes 3-5 days, depending on your location.
Take note that we don't have any control with the production of our supplier, so unseen delays might occur. Please only order if you're willing to wait!
Do you have any on-hand items?
Yes! You can find all our on-hand items on our shopee account.
Is my phone model available?
You can see the link for the list of available phone units on the home page.
If your phone unit is out of stock, we will inform you and you have the choice to wait for the restock or refund your downpayment.
Is this [certain design] still available?
All designs are available for pre-order unless it was removed from our catalogue. You can see our full catalogue on the home page.
Will you make a design for [a certain group]?
Our main focus might be our ult groups, but we want to cater to many fans as much as possible.
Some of our designs can be customized, feel free to dm us if you want to change it to your bias group or member.
Do you ship international?
As of now, we only ship to the Philippines.
